welcome to this world.

There are few things I love more than watching new parents fall into the
overwhelming tug and pull of love and exhaustion
with their brand new baby.

Melissa + Drew are absolute naturals at this parenting gig.

If you're a parent, you remember how pretty much
for the next 5 years, every new thing they do
is something you can't help but stop what you're doing and marvel upon.

Being in the presence of a momma, just days after she brought life
into the world is humbling and inspiring.
Like you're in the presence of an Olympian Gold Medalist
who just ran the marathon of their lives
and brought the prize home.

And there's the beaming pride of a new dad.

Like the very world is in his arms.

Hayden Drew was a living doll baby.

She was a sweet cherub with her strawberry blonde hair,
who barely woke up to do much more than yawn.

But even babies get tired of the limelight, friends.
And when they do, they still manage to do
it in the cutest fashion.
